There Are 3 Ways To Purchase Items From Us:

1. Ready To Ship Items: These are handmade décor, laser creations and other items that we’ve already made and ready to go! RTS orders ship nationwide within 10 days from Orange Park, Florida. Limited quantities available, sold on a first-come, first-served basis; sales are final. Shipping rates are determined at checkout; local pick-up is not available.
2. Pre-Orders: Get our popular & seasonal décor items made-to-order with advance payment. Turnaround times are specified per item listing. Read each pre-order listing carefully for item details & shipping info. Follow our socials for Pre-Order Alerts(!). Check email for order status & updates. Refunds will not be given due to turnaround times once processed; sales are final.
3. Custom Orders: These include our signature handmade décor, laser creations, personalized engraving and unique swag that's made just for you!  We'd love to collaborate and bring your dream creation to life. Décor Signs are NOT Weatherproof

Our handmade décor, laser creations and door signs are not weatherproof! Even though clear enamel is applied for paint protection, these items are crafted from a variety of premium wood, faux florals, and decorative bows. They are not designed to withstand prolonged exposure to rain and sun, which will cause all wood to age as well as paint, florals and bows to wear over time. For best results, use them under a covered porch, behind a storm door, or of course, inside. We DO NOT replace door décor or other handmade items that have been exposed to extreme weather conditions, water damage or from regular wear and tear.

Nope! We prefer to operate through our own website. Here's why: due to high fees, limited customization options for customers and zero support as a seller. Our Etsy store suddenly shut down without any explanation or help and zero feedback. Ugh, no thanks! We choose to manage our sales and customer base directly through our own site. Fuck Etsy!
