  • All digital downloads (SVG files and digital designs) are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE once purchased.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges OR chargebacks will be accepted for digital files.
  • Please ensure compatibility with your software and equipment before purchasing. We are not responsible for user error or file misuse.

If you experience technical issues with file delivery or file corruption, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

This does not include user error or software compatibility issues and does not change our no-refund policy for digital products.

📦 Physical RTS Items 📦

All physical signs and décor are 100% handmade and all sales are final.

Local pick-up is not available. Nationwide shipping rates calculated at checkout. To arrange an order for pick-up reach out; shipping costs can be refunded or a one-time discount code will be provided.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Ready-To-Ship (RTS), Custom Items or Preorders, including:

  • Price adjustments or refunds for missing or inactive discount codes
  • Refunds due to turnaround times once an order has been processed
  • Cancellations on Custom or Preorder items after processing

Exceptions:
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

⏳ Cancellations

  • Digital downloads are not eligible for cancellation once purchased.
  • Order cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
  • ONLY Ready-To-Ship (RTS) items are eligible for cancellation.
  • Custom & Preorders CANNOT be canceled once order has been processed.

  • Digital files are for personal or small business use only as stated in the product listing.
  • Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed or altered for resale unless explicitly stated.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we care deeply about your satisfaction and stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

This applies to physical items only. Digital downloads are not eligible for damage or defect claims.

We’ll do our best to make it right and assist in filing a claim. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or other options (at our discretion).

All of our physical RTS products are 100% handmade. Minor imperfections, color variations, and texture differences are completely normal. These are not considered defects and are part of the charm of handcrafted goods.
