🚚 RTS Items
Our RTS items include handmade décor, laser creations, and other unique pieces that are already made and ready to go! Each item is handmade with love and ships nationwide from Orange Park, Florida.
- RTS Items ships within 10 days.
- Limited quantities available, sold on a first-come, first-served basis; sales are final.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Local pick-up not available.
- To arrange an order for pick-up reach out; shipping costs can be refunded or a one-time discount code will be provided.
📦 Custom, Personalized & Preorder Items
Some of our creations are made just for you! These items are created after your order is placed and may take longer to ship than Ready To Ship (RTS) items.
- Production time for Custom orders or Made-to-Order items is typically 3-4 weeks.
- Custom & Preorder listings will include estimated shipping windows; please review each product listing carefully.
- If you order multiple RTS and custom/made-to-order items, your order may ship once all items are complete, unless otherwise arranged.
💻 Digital Products
SVG files are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical shipping applies.
If you don’t see your email within 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address used at checkout.
Files are available for download for 24 hours after purchase. Please save them to your device immediately. Download links cannot be guaranteed after the expiration period, and resend requests are not immediate and may take several business days.
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All digital sales are final
- No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available for any reason
- We are not responsible for user error, incorrect email addresses, or software compatibility issues
Digital files are for personal and small business use only, as stated in each product listing.
📍 Shipping Details
- RTS orders are shipped from Florida, USA, via USPS, UPS, or other carriers based on the best available option.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
⚠️ Important Shipping Notices
Choosing Priority Shipping at checkout does not expedite your order’s processing, production or fulfillment time. Priority Shipping simply means your package may travel faster once shipped, not that it will be processed, made or shipped out sooner.
- Paying for Priority Shipping ONLY upgrades the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail instead of USPS Ground.
- Orders with Priority Shipping will still be prepared in the same processing timeframe as stated in the product description or from an email directly from us.
- We do not control USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, of their handling times or their estimated delivery timeframes. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, any transit delays are outside of our control.
📬 Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages
While we pack every order with care, occasionally things can go wrong during transit. Take note, we cannot control the Postal Service.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2-4 business days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of any damaged items and packaging.
- We’ll work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or other options (at our discretion).
- Please contact us, so we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping partner.
