There Are 3 Ways To Purchase Items From Us:

  1. Ready To Ship Items: These are handmade dĂ©cor, laser creations and other items that we’ve already made. We usually have one of each item available. These items are listed by collections and are found under the Ready-To-Go category located on the top portion of our home page. These items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Choose from Shipping or Local Pickup during checkout. After your order is complete check your email for updates on order status. These items will be shipped out (or ready for local pickup) within 5 days, from our shop in Orange Park, Florida. **Jens Signature Collection Excluded
  2. Pre-Orders: These are handmade décor items and laser creations that we have previously made and will recreate them upon advance payment. Preorders are usually opened for our more popular & seasonal designs. Stay in the loop and follow us on Social Media for our Preorder Alerts(!). Since these items are not already made, the turnaround time will be specified in the listing description. We will close preorders based on seasonal and delivery schedules to ensure a smooth fulfillment process. Please read the product description carefully to understand when your preorder will be created and shipped (or ready for local pickup).  After your order is complete check your email for updates on order status. **Please note, that refunds will not be issued based on turnaround times once order is processed.
  3. Custom Orders: If you’d like to request handmade dĂ©cor items, laser creations, personalized engraving or swag that you haven’t seen before, this would be a custom order. To request a Custom Color Choice or to Add-On Personalized Engraving to an already made product, this will also be a custom order. Contact us using the provided form for a free quote and our current estimated turnaround time. **Please note, due to the uniqueness of custom orders all sales are final once order is processed. LINK to form - - - Our Contact Order Form

      DĂ©cor Signs are NOT Weatherproof

      Our handmade décor, laser creations and door signs are not weatherproof! While we do seal them with clear enamel to help protect the paint, they are made from pine or high-quality plywood. They are not designed to withstand prolonged exposure to rain and sun, which will cause the wood to age and the paint to wear over time. For best results, use them under a covered porch, behind a storm door, or of course, inside. **Please note, we will NOT replace door décor or other handmade items that have been exposed to extreme weather conditions, water damage or regular wear and tear.

       

       Sold Out Items

      If an item you’re interested in is sold out, it may be due to seasonal availability or the need for customization. To place an order for a sold-out item, please check back later or contact us directly. Follow us on Social Media or subscribe to our emails to stay updated!       JENS Signature Collection

      Explore our carefully curated selection of items that showcases our digital art and graphic designs, featuring high-quality prints using DTG-Sublimation Printing and fast direct shipping right to your doorstep. These items are printed and shipped through our chosen USA based vendor and are not kept in stock at our shop in Orange Park, FL. Efficient processing and speedy shipping on most orders across the USA. International shipping options available upon request. This collection is NOT available for local pickup. After your order is complete check your email for updates on order status. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. We frequently release new products, so be sure to follow us on Social Media or subscribe to our emails to stay updated! - - - View Collection Now  **This collection is available for online shipping option ONLY! Which may lead to separate checkouts while purchasing our other handmade items for those who wish to pick up locally. We value your understanding and look forward to improving this process in the future. 

        

      Do We Sell On Etsy

      Do we sell on Etsy? Nope, we prefer to operate through our own website. Here's why: Etsy comes with high fees, limited customization options for customers, and restricted access to our own customer base. Most importantly, we tried it and experienced a significant lack of support, as a seller, on their platform. Our store was suddenly shut down, without any feedback, explanation or help. We received zero support from Etsy—and their supposed "customer service"(?). None. Just automated replies, with no responses back and stuck in an endless cycle. Ugh, no thanks! For these reasons, we choose to manage our sales and customer base directly through our own site. Fuck Etsy!

       

      Absolutely NO Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations 

      Absolutely no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted on Custom Handmade Décor Items or Preorders. As these items are handmade, turnaround times may vary. Please only purchase if you are willing to be patient. We strive to complete orders promptly, but rushing may affect the quality of your item. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us via email so we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping partner. 

        

       Turnaround Time

      Turnaround times are detailed in the item description or in your email directly from us. Please review this information before making your purchase. **Please note, that refunds will not be issued based on turnaround times once orders are processed.

        

      Shipping Delays

      Turnaround times do not account for shipping delays. We will ensure your order is shipped within the specified timeframe. However, once the package is with the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control. Most do arrive within a few days, but there have been instances where delays have extended up to 4 weeks. **Please note, we cannot control the Postal Service.

       

      Local Pickup

      We offer local pickup to help you save on shipping fees. Pickup is available at our home, so please be respectful of this. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. Choose from Shipping or Pickup during checkout. If you choose local pickup, please collect your items within 3 days from your scheduled pickup date. Our porch pickup area can get cluttered with uncollected orders. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of items while orders are pending pickup. If you choose local pickup to avoid shipping costs your order will not ship without additional payment if you change your mind. We will send an additional invoice for you to purchase a shipping label, if needed. We do NOT cover shipping costs. Only place an order if you intend to pick up your item. **Please note, JENS Signature Collection is excluded for local pickup. Which may lead to separate checkouts while purchasing our other handmade items for those who wish to pick up locally. We value your understanding and look forward to improving this process in the future.
